Back office for an independent dealership
The finance manager’s desk, from auction lane to funded deal.
Dealer Agent is a private web app that runs one used-car dealership’s day: buying at auction, getting cars listed, working leads, scheduling appointments and getting deals funded. It’s built for a single operator working from a laptop, at the desk or in the auction lane.

Dealer Agent is private to the dealership. Enter the app password to continue.
Source
Price units before the auction and bid with a hard ceiling.
Market
Photos, listing copy and Marketplace posts from one vehicle record.
Desk
Structure the deal against real lender programs.
Fund
Clear stips and get the deal paid.
What it does
One place for the work that usually lives across a DMS, spreadsheets, text threads and sticky notes.
Deal desk and funding
Track every deal from working to funded. Stips, lender programs and the funding checklist live on one card, and uploaded documents are read automatically to fill in the buyer's info.
Inventory and photos
Import inventory from the DMS, track cost and days in stock, and clean up vehicle photos with AI background editing so every listing looks consistent.
Auction sourcing
Price run lists before the sale, log bids in the lane, and keep a ledger of what every unit brought — so the max bid comes from real market data, not a book value.
Marketplace listings and replies
Generate listing copy, queue vehicles for Facebook Marketplace, and draft replies to buyer messages for the dealer to approve.
Leads
Collect leads from ads, Marketplace and walk-ins in one list, see who wants what, and follow up before they go cold.
Analytics
Gross, funding time, aged units and daily activity — the numbers a finance manager checks every morning.
Appointments on your Google Calendar
When a customer books a test drive or a signing, Dealer Agent puts it on the dealer’s own Google Calendar so it shows up on their phone next to everything else. Connecting Google Calendar is optional and is done from Settings.
How Google data is used
- Dealer Agent asks only for permission to manage calendar events.
- It creates, updates and deletes the appointment events it made itself — nothing else.
- It doesn’t read, sell or share your other calendar data, and it never uses it for ads.
- You can disconnect at any time from Settings or your Google Account.
